About
Postavljen je 1981. godine na platou Gornjeg grada beogradske tvrđave. Bronzana statua (visine 320 cm, sa postamentom od 40 cm), delo Nebojše Mitrića, prikazuje despota za čije vladavine je Beograd prvi put postao prestonica srpske države.
Objekat je pristupačan osobama sa invaliditetom i osobama sa potrebama sa strane Sahat kule. Taktilna tabla za slepe ne postoji.
