Development phases

The project "A Step Towards Accessible Belgrade" consists of five phases that will be implemented within the five-year cycle, ending in December 2021. Below, you can see a detailed development plan that began in 2017 ......
Phase 1
(End - 20/02/2018) - System development (dostupnibeograd.rs)
- Development of BGDzaSVE android app
- Development of BGD4ALL android app
- System testing and debugging
- Creating an initial list of 400 accessible locations
- Inserting the initial list of 100 accessible locations in the system
- Initial system improvement in cooperation with experts
- Testing the upgraded version of the system
- Inserting additional list of 300 accessible locations in the system
- Translating into English
- Translated content inserting
- Other content inserting
- Releasing the system into production
- System promotion at the 40th International Tourism Fair
- Official promotion of the system with the Telenor Foundation and partners Phase 2
(End - 31/12/2018)
- Creating a new list of additional 700 accessible locations and public areas (a certain number of locations will be provided by Althea and Tourism Organization of Belgrade))
- Creating a list of the city traffic infrastructure (dropped curbs, tactile guide lines, sound traffic lights, accessibility of
underground passages) and terrain constitution(slopes of streets, cobblestones, narrow passages...) in city center
- Development of the module for the entry and presentation of the listed infrastructure
- Inserting the created traffic infrastructure into the system - Testing the upgraded version of the system Phase 3 (End - 31/12/2019) - Creating a new list of additional 1.000 accessible locations and public areas (a certain number of locations will be provided by Althea and Tourism Organization of Belgrade) - Creating a list of all public transport stops in the city center - Creating a list of all available public transport lines - Development of the module for the entry and presentation of all public transport stops and available city lines - Development of the module for entering and presenting all accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities - Data entering - Interface improving (first redesign) Phase 4
