The story of a family of companies VEROPOULOS has begun in 20-ies XIX century in Smyrna, the famous shopping center, where Panagiotis Veropoulos sets the foundation of its commercial business.
In 1973, in Peristeri old town theater was renovated in the supermarket Veropoulos family, and after a few months, 10 kilometers away from Athens, is open the second one. From that moment Vero becomes one of the most successful family businesses in this part of Europe.
The VEROPOULOS company today has more than 250 supermarkets in Greece and Macedonia, and Serbia and continues to expand.
