Aviator Coffee Explorer represents a chain of cafes. In Aviator we make a real coffee at 96 ways. In addition to domestic and espresso, there is also a filter coffee, and within the "brew bar" guests can order a different method made coffee, such as Dripper, Aeropress, Chemex, siphon.. You can also find Casoara on the menu, as well as tea coffee fruit.
The Aviator serves breakfast and sweets such as cheese cake and eclairs-a. Interior is signed by Aleksandar Mitic, and although decorated in typical industrial style, thanks to a combination of wood and plush, exudes warmth. The bar is 10 meters long with sets of mirrors abowe.
